What can I expect from Parts 2 and 3?
Returning Tai Chi Parts 2 and 3 follow the same structured approach as Part 1, with the form broken down into sections, each practiced for one week.
Each part of the form is designed to take your practice deeper, introducing more challenging movements and requiring greater strength and endurance.
Through consistent daily practice, you will naturally develop the endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, directional awareness, advanced breathing techniques, and focus required to perform each part with precision.
Each section teaches one part of the form through an instruction video and occasionally a modification video to support success with limited mobility. Each section also contains a silent demonstration video for you to follow along when practicing.
For best results, it is recommended that you dedicate a minimum of one week of daily practice to each section before moving on to the next. To encourage steady progression, a new section will unlock each week.

Sifu Dimitri K. Mougdis is a world expert in Classical Yang (Yeung) Family Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong and holds direct teaching lineages from China and the U.S. He began his studies in 1983 under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and Master Vincent Chu from Boston, with whom he continues to study. Sifu Dimitri also studied, and teaches, Pan Gu Shen Gong (PGSG) from Professor Fang Ning.
